I ordered a new Nukeproof online. How is my order going to arrive?

Your new bike will arrive mostly assembled inside one of our eco-friendly custom boxes.

It has already been fully built, adjusted and inspected by one of our experienced technicians before being re-boxed and sent to you. All you’re responsible for is a few final steps, including attaching the front and rear wheels and straightening the handlebars.

We take pride in our bike boxes being reusable, recyclable and requiring no foam packaging or frame protection.

For help with the final assembly of your bike, check out this handy assembly video and don’t hesitate to ask one of our knowledgeable Rider Experience Agents for help.

Will I need to assemble the bike before I ride it?

My bike arrived and the box it came in is telling me to keep it. Should I listen?

Listen to the box.

The box your bike arrived in was custom made to be strong, easy to use and carefully designed to minimize the amount of assembly and disassembly required should you need to ship your bike.

It's a great thing to have around should you want to travel, and it’d be useful on the off chance you want to take advantage of our 30-day return policy or need to submit a warranty claim.

Where is my order?

You can find your order’s tracking information on your customer account page or from your shipping confirmation email. If you would like further assistance in tracking your order, please contact a Rider Experience Agent.

I’m worried my new bike will arrive while I’m not home/out of town. What do I do?

Get in touch with one of our Rider Experience Agents, they’ll be happy to help coordinate your bike’s shipment so it arrives when you’re confident someone will be there to receive it.

Yes, all our bikes come with a manufacturer-backed warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. For more details and instructions on how to file a claim, visit our warranty page or get in touch with a Rider Experience Agent.

Can I return a bike if I’m not happy with it?

We’re riders just like you, so we want to make sure you’re absolutely in love with your new bike. That’s why we offer a 30-day risk-free return policy on bikes bought online and in-store.

There are, of course, some fine-print details on this policy, but the gist is you should take your new bike for a short spin to make sure it’s what you want. Read our full 30-day return policy or contact a Rider Experience Agent for help initiating a return.

Do you have a crash replacement program?

Yes, we do. Our bikes are meant to be ridden, which means they’re probably going to get crashed. That’s why we offer an Accidental Damage Plan to assist you as we know accidents sometimes happen.
